• Account details: your email address and password (stored encrypted).
• Optional details: first name and role, if you choose to share them.
• Choices you make: whether you took the pledge and whether you want email updates, with the date you agreed.
• Upower ratings: the websites you rate, your scores and any comments you write.
• Basic usage: which tools and downloads are used, so we can improve them.

• To create and run your account and give you access to the tools (contract).
• To send your welcome email and Action Kit (contract).
• To send campaign updates, only if you ticked the box (consent).
• To share anonymous, combined Upower results showing where websites fail people (legitimate interest). Your name or email is never published.
• To keep the service secure and stop spam (legitimate interest).

We use a small number of trusted service providers to host the site and send emails. They only process data on our instructions and within the EU/EEA or with appropriate safeguards. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

We keep your account data while you are a member. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days. Anonymous, combined statistics may be kept.

You can ask to see, correct, move or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link. Email privacy@funka.com and we will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) at imy.se.

We only use storage needed to keep you logged in and remember your choices. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and tell members by email about important changes.
